How people lived in Bratislava in the 4th millennium BC

from 20. 10. 2018 to 30. 9. 2019

The exhibition "How people lived in Bratislava in the 4th millennium BC." (Go downstairs with us in the copper age), presents selected themes from the life of late stone age (Eneolithic, copper time) on the example of contemporary Bratislava, as well as the current state of archaeological research on this millennium (Baden culture). Families with children will be mostly interested in its interactive part, where the visitor can plough up the field with a prehistoric plough, assemble a wheel, search for copper ore in the river and hills, courageously enter the sacred cave, blend natural cords, dress up primeval people, or test the period stamps.

Looking forward to your visit
