How to Get to Our Museum?
The main Cultural-Historical Exposition is located in a listed building from the second half of the 19th century and its purpose-built annex in the pedestrian precinct in the town centre, 300 m from the bus station in Svidník.
The Art-Historical Exposition in the Dezider Milly Gallery is located in a baroque mansion from the end of the 18th century in the Partizánska Street, 200 m from the bus station in Svidník.
The Ethnographic Open-Air Museum is located above the amphitheatre in Svidník, 1 km from the town centre, 200 m from the main road towards Bardejov.
Access to the facilities for visitors with severe disabilities
Cultural-Historical Exposition – the entrance to the main building of the museum from the pedestrian precinct of the town of Svidník is equipped with barrier-free access. The building has an elevator and the exposition is wheelchair accessible. Toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
Art-Historical Exposition – Dezider Milly Gallery – the docent will provide for a barrier-free access upon request. The exhibition spaces are wheelchair accessible, the toilets are not.
Ethnographic Open-Air Museum – the area of the open-air museum is barrier-free, individual buildings and the toilets are not.
