Announcement

As of 9 November 2021 until further notice, the collections will not be available for researchers due to reconstruction being carried out on the museum premises.

Expert museum workers provide methodological guidance to researchers concerning orientation within the collections (such as the search for catalogue numbers); their expert advice also complements the information and orientation necessary for students and scientific works oriented on the research of musical history.    

Opening hours for researchers at the branch in Bratislava: Tuesday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The Museum at the Manor House Dolná Krupá offers the possibility to study collection items at the main building under the condition that the visitor provides the catalogue numbers of the desired documents or items. The Rules and Regulations for Researchers of the SNM – Music Museum apply to all researchers.

We charge the following fees for making copies of old documents according to the valid Price Quotation No. 88/2017 for the SNM – Music Museum establishing prices for provided reprographic services for non-commercial use related to collection items.

Materials copied from the collections of the SNM – Music Museum may not be publicized without the prior consent from the organization’s director.
