Hungarian Traditions and Values in Slovakia
Cultural monument. Brämer's manor is a Renaissance building from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, built on an older foundation, baroque-style modified at the end of the 17th century, and neoclassically altered at the beginning of the 19th century. The building is part of the now partially preserved Podhradie, with the Church of the Holy Trinity at its center.
The permanent exhibition of the Museum of Hungarian Culture in Slovakia, titled Traditions and Values. Hungarians in Slovakia, was opened on May 22, 2003, and presents the material and spiritual heritage (historical, ethnographic, literary-historical, and art-historical traditions) of the Hungarian ethnic group in Slovakia. It consists of three thematic sections: Images from the History of the Hungarians (up to 1918), Chapters from the History of Hungarians in Slovakia (1918-1948), and The Treasury of Folk Culture of Hungarians in Slovakia.
